Specimen Collection

Please also include 1-2 freshly made unstained peripheral blood or bone marrow smears if possible.
BLOOD
- All tests: 7.5 ml EDTA.
BONE MARROW
- Flow cytometry or PCR/RT-PCR molecular genetics: 3.4ml EDTA.
- Cytogenetics or FISH: 2ml LiHep or in RPMI.
SOLID TISSUE
- All tests: Fresh solid tissue in RPMI.
FLUIDS (e.g. CSF, pleural, peritoneal)
- All tests: As much fluid as possible.
