3.4ml EDTA (Red lid) or 2x 1.3ml EDTA (Red lid). Samples must not be refrigerated and must be <24 hours old due to white cell degradation.

Suspected immunodeficiency, in conjunction with immunoglobulin profile.

Haemolysis, clotted samples

Minimum retesting interval

T & B Subset requests made within 14 days of a previous request on a patient are intervened.
